Important Information
- If you deferred your 2024 entry, you are still required to register for the 2025 race. We will send you a deferral code to use to register for the 2025 race when we open regular registration in May. Please contact info@csmarathon.com if you need assistance with this.
- Age Requirements: 14 years on race day for marathon and 12 years on race day for the half marathon. You must be 12 years on race day to compete in the team relay as well.
- Selling or transferring race bibs is not permitted under any circumstance. Anyone found selling or transferring, as well as those in possession of a transferred bib, will be disqualified from participation in the race.
- If you registered for this year’s race and wish to defer your entry (ONE TIME ONLY) to next year you may do so by Nov. 14th 10am – Nov. 17th 5pm. A dedicated email will go out for participants November 14th at 10am. Please contact rodney@bcsmarathon if you do not receive the email by 10:01am November 14th. This email will explain in detail the process to defer registration to the 2026 race.
- Changing distances window is November 14th 10am – November 17th 5pm – as long as registration is open for the new distance and entries are still available. A dedicated email will be sent out November 14th at 10am explaining in detail the process to change your distance. If you do not receive and email November 14th 10:01 am, please email the race director. rodney@bcsmarathon.com
- Registration fees are non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this policy.
